Tools I Can't Live Without.

All Clad::  This set will cost you a pretty penny, but it will last you FOREVER.  Literally.  You will be passing this set down to your mini-chefs, and their mini-chefs.  Seriously.  Worth the investment.  Think of all those times your chicken didn't brown right or your soup burned in the bottom of the pan.  Not gonna happen.

Cutting Board::  Epicurian Boards.  The best.  Use for all cutting---no need for a special "poultry" board.  It's a one stop chop.

Pie Dish::  Emile Henry.  Enough has been said about this.  Green is my favorite color, but comes in a variety.

KitchenAid Stand Mixer::  Does it all....breads, cakes, cupcakes, pasta, mashed potatoes...

Wusthof Cutlery Set w/ Wood Block::  Beautiful knives, but you have to keep them sharp.  I fail in this area.  If you are local, Birmingham Bake and Cook Company http://www.bakeandcookco.com/ will sharpen your knives for you.

Advanced Performance Measuring Spoons::  I like the feel of these spoons in my hand.  Nice and heavy.

OXO Good Grips Angled Measuring Cups::  Genius.
